Chili Paste (Tadaeng) is a concentrated spice paste originating from Thai cuisine, where it is also known as Nam Prik Tadaeng. The product comes in a convenient lidded container and weighs 90 g net. The paste is used as a flavouring in a wide range of Asian dishes, including soups such as Tom Yum, wok-based vegetable dishes, and rice dishes. It can also be used as a base for marinades or as a condiment in the form of a spicy dipping sauce.
