Welcome to Thai-butikken.dk – your Asian supermarket online and in Hårlev.

Behind Thai-butikken.dk is a family with roots in both Denmark and Thailand. Our store grew out of something very simple: a love for Asian food, quality ingredients, culture, and products that aren't always found in a regular supermarket.

My wife is originally from Thailand, and in the beginning, it was mostly about sourcing the right goods for our own family. These were rice, noodles, sauces, spices, snacks, and other products that made it possible to cook authentic Thai food at home – with the taste and aroma familiar from Thailand.

Eventually, more people started asking if they could also buy from us. Friends, acquaintances, and local customers lacked a place where they could find Asian goods, Thai specialties, and products from the East all in one place.

That was the beginning of Thai-butikken.dk.

Today, we have more than 3,000 products in our assortment, and we continuously expand with new items from Thailand and the rest of Asia.

In the store, you can explore the shelves, find inspiration, and get personal assistance. We love direct contact with customers and are happy to help if you're looking for a specific ingredient, a special product, or just want to try something new.

Many come to us with a recipe, a picture of an item, or a dish they want to make. We then help find the right products – or a good alternative if the item is not in stock.

For us, good service is an important part of the store. Thai-butikken.dk should not just be a webshop. It should feel like a real store with people behind it.

We listen to our customers and constantly strive to develop the store to meet what people actually demand.
