Rice paper is the key to homemade fresh spring rolls and summer rolls. At Thai-Butikken, you'll find thin, transparent rice paper in round and square sheets, ready for you to roll your own delicious rolls. The dry rice paper becomes soft and pliable in just a few seconds in lukewarm water and is easy to work with.
What you'll find here:
- Rice paper with black sesame seeds, Ø 22 cm, from Thai-Butikken
- Rice paper with white sesame seeds, Ø 22 cm, from Thai-Butikken
- Round rice paper Ø 22 cm from Bamboo Tree
- Square rice paper 22 cm from Bamboo Tree
How to use rice paper: Quickly dip a sheet in lukewarm water, place it on a damp surface, and fill with shrimp, fresh herbs, rice noodles, lettuce, and vegetables. Roll tightly into Vietnamese summer rolls (goi cuon) and serve with peanut sauce or sweet chili sauce. The variants with sesame seeds add extra flavor and an attractive appearance, and the square sheets are practical for larger rolls.
Work with one sheet at a time, and do not leave the rice paper in water for too long to prevent it from tearing. Store the package in a dry place and seal it well after use.
Find your rice paper here and roll fresh spring rolls directly from your own kitchen.
