Easy Food specializes in Thai-style grilled meat spice blends. Here you'll find their powders and blends for grilled chicken and pork, including the well-known Gai Yang, which is Thai grilled chicken. The blends combine the right spices in one package, so you can easily achieve the characteristic Thai grilled flavor without having to measure out a long list of ingredients yourself.
What you'll find here:
- Green Grilled Chicken Spice Powder
- Red Grilled Chicken Spice Powder (Gai Yang Dang)
- Grilled Chicken Spice Powder Wichian Buri
- Grilled Chicken Flavor Powder
- Spice blend for grilled pork
The blends are used as a marinade or seasoning for meat that will be grilled or fried. Mix the powder with a little oil and optionally fish sauce and garlic, and let the meat marinate before grilling it to make Thai Gai Yang grilled chicken or grilled pork (moo yang). Serve it with sticky rice, fresh salad, and a spicy dipping sauce like the classic jaew. The spices are suitable for chicken, pork, and skewers.
Let the meat marinate for at least an hour or preferably overnight for full flavor. Grill over medium heat so the spices don't burn. Store the powder in a dry place and close the package tightly after use.
Try the spice blends from Easy Food and give your grilled meat an authentic Thai flavor.
