This mushroom flavoured soy sauce is a liquid seasoning sauce based on fermented, defatted soybeans and wheat, combined with mushroom extract for a deeper and more complex flavour profile. The sauce belongs to the category of Asian soy sauces and is widely used in Asian cuisine as a flavour-enhancing additive for hot dishes, soups, noodles, and stir-fries.
