      Santoku Knife - ChefGear - 67-Layer Damascus Steel - VG-10 Core - 17 cm

      This Santoku knife is the Japanese equivalent of a versatile chef's knife and is easily recognizable by the blade's characteristic rounded tip. The blade is made from 67-layer Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core, providing a hardness of 58± HRC. The blade has a thickness of 3.2 mm and features a hand-hammered texture and pattern, which reduces the tendency of food to stick to the blade and makes the knife easy to clean. The handle is made from natural rosewood, ensuring a good and comfortable grip during use. The knife comes in a presentation box with a red interior lining. It is suitable for slicing, chopping, and dicing vegetables, fruits, meat, and boneless fish.
