Sanuki Udon is a classic noodle type originating from Japanese cuisine, characterized by its distinct thickness and firm, elastic texture. The noodles are made from wheat flour and are pre-cooked before freezing, making preparation quick and easy. The package contains 1150 g divided into five individual portions of 230 g each, making it easy to portion precisely for each dish. The noodles can be cooked directly from frozen by placing them in boiling water for just one to two minutes, after which they are ready to serve.
