Marinate thinly sliced beef in the bulgogi marinade and fry it in a pan or grill it for a classic Korean bulgogi. Use ssamjang as a dip for grilled meat wrapped in lettuce leaves, the japchae sauce for glass noodles with vegetables, and the tteokbokki rice cakes in a spicy, sweet sauce.
Let the meat marinate for at least half an hour before frying for the flavor to fully penetrate. Store opened sauces in the refrigerator.
