Delief is known for Korean fish cakes (eomuk) and chili paste. Fish cakes are a staple of Korean cuisine and are used in soup and as street food, among other things, while gochujang is the indispensable fermented chili paste. At Thai-Butikken, you will find several of Delief's products.

The square fish cake slices are used in the popular street food eomuk-suppe, in tteokbokki together with rice cakes, and can be skewered and cooked in broth. The fish cake roll is cut into slices and used in the same way in soups and stews. Gochujang is the base for tteokbokki sauce, bibimbap, marinades for bulgogi and spicy dipping sauces - a small spoonful provides a deep, sweet chili flavor.

The fish cakes are simply cooked through in broth or sauce until they are hot and soft. Dose gochujang according to taste, as it is both strong and concentrated. Store the fish cakes in a cool place and the gochujang in the refrigerator after opening.
