Green Mung Beans - 400 g

Green mung beans are small, round legumes with a characteristic dark green skin and a mild, earthy taste. They are a staple ingredient in Asian cuisine and are used in a wide variety of dishes, including soups, stews, stir-fries, salads, and desserts. The beans can also be sprouted and used as fresh sprouts in salads and sandwiches.
