The steamed mackerel can be heated and served with rice and chili dip (nam prik) or used in Thai fish dishes. Add the frozen kaffir lime leaves to tom yum, green and red curry, and stir-fries, where they provide a fresh, citrusy aroma. Tear or break the leaves to release the most flavor.
