    Brass Funnel - Ø 93 mm - For Egg Threads and Dessert Making

    This conical funnel is made of brass and has an opening diameter of 93 mm. It is designed for making traditional Asian and Portuguese desserts where egg yolks are dripped in fine threads into boiling sugar syrup. The result is delicacies such as foi thong (golden threads) and fios de ovos (egg threads). The brass gives the funnel a golden color and a solid construction, suitable for precise dispensing of liquid mass. The product weighs 73 grams and has dimensions of approximately 2.7 x 2.7 x 2.7 inches.
