    Description

Striped Snakehead Fish - Frozen Slices with Bone - 900g

Striped snakehead fish, also known by its scientific name Channa striata, is a freshwater fish widely used in Asian cuisine. The product consists of raw, stripped slices with bone, which are glazed and frozen to preserve freshness until preparation. The fish is sold in portion slices, making it easy to dispense the desired amount for cooking. The slices are suitable for a wide range of Asian dishes, including hearty soups, aromatic curries, and steamed fish dishes. The flesh of the striped snakehead fish has a firm texture and a mild, delicate flavor that absorbs spices and sauces well during cooking. The product is frozen in a raw state and must not be refrozen after thawing. Before use, the fish should be thoroughly thawed and heated through. Storage should be at -18°C or below. The packaging is a transparent plastic bag with a label, providing a clear view of the contents. The net weight is 900g, yielding a good amount for several portions. The product is aimed at food enthusiasts and chefs who wish to prepare authentic Asian fish dishes at home. Frozen fish slices like these are a practical solution for everyday cooking and allow for experimentation with Southeast Asian flavors.
