Description
Patanjali Ko Ghee - Clarified Butter For Cooking - 1 kg
Patanjali Ko Ghee is a traditional clarified butter made exclusively from milk fat from cow's milk. Ghee is a well-known type of fat in Indian and Southeast Asian cuisine and is widely used for frying, sautéing, baking, and as a flavour enhancer in hot dishes. The product is suitable for high heat, as it has a high smoke point compared to regular butter. Ghee adds a characteristic, slightly nutty and creamy flavour to dishes such as dal, curry, rice, and flatbreads. The consistency is solid at room temperature and melts into a clear, golden oil when heated. The product comes in a sturdy 1 kg metal packaging, which protects the contents from light and moisture. Storage should be in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Ghee contains only milk fat and is therefore free of carbohydrates, sugar, protein, and salt. The fat content is 100 g per 100 g, of which approximately 60 g are saturated fatty acids. The energy content is approximately 3700 kJ, equivalent to approximately 900 kcal per 100 g. The product contains MILK and is produced in a facility that also handles nuts, soy, peanuts, mustard, and sesame. Clarified butter such as ghee is a natural fat without additives and is suitable for those who want a pure animal fat for cooking. Ghee is a popular choice for Indian cooking, vegetarian cuisine, and as a substitute for butter in many recipes.
