    The Santoku knife is the Japanese version of a versatile kitchen knife and is known for its characteristic nose on the blade. The name "Santoku" means "three virtues" and refers to the knife's ability to handle meat, fish, and vegetables. The blade is made of 67-layer Damascus steel with a VG-10 steel core and has a hardness of 58± HRC. The blade thickness is 3.2 mm, and the hand-hammered texture on the blade reduces friction and prevents food from sticking. The handle is made of natural rosewood, which provides a good and secure grip. The knife comes in a presentation box with red lining. It is suitable for both professional chefs and home cooks who desire precision and sharpness in the kitchen.
