      Sai Ua Spicy Pork Sausage - 500 g (5 pcs.)

      Sai Ua is a traditional, spicy pork sausage with roots in Northern Thai cuisine, particularly associated with the Chiang Mai region. The sausage is composed of 78% pork combined with a wide range of aromatic ingredients, including lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, spring onions, red onions, and coriander, which together create a deep and complex flavour profile. The product is heat-treated and stuffed into natural pig casing, giving it a firm and juicy texture with a crispy surface when cooked. The flavour is rich and herb-dominated with distinct notes of umami from fish sauce and oyster sauce, as well as a mild to medium spiciness from the spices. The sausage is easily prepared by grilling or frying until thoroughly heated and golden brown with a crispy outer crust. It can be served sliced with sticky rice and fresh herbs, used as a filling in wraps, or incorporated as a flavourful component in noodle dishes and salads. The package contains 5 pieces with a total net weight of 500g and is vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness and aroma. The product is a frozen item and must be stored at a minimum of -18°C.
