Roasted Duck - Boneless Grilled Duck - 600-650 g

Roasted Duck is a deep-frozen duck meat product consisting of two halves that have been carefully deboned and pre-cooked with spices. The meat makes up 98% of the product and is seasoned with salt, pepper, and glucose, providing a well-rounded and mild flavor with Asian undertones. The product is halal-certified and contains no additives such as MSG or E621. The duck meat has a firm and juicy texture and, when prepared correctly, achieves a crispy, golden-brown surface. The product can be prepared in two ways: either by preheating one half in a microwave at 750 watts for approximately 2 minutes and then deep-frying at 190 °C for about 2 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden, or by the oven method, where the oven is preheated to 200 °C and the duck is placed on a baking tray and roasted for 25-30 minutes. It is recommended to thaw the product completely before preparation and remove all packaging. The product must not be refrozen after thawing. Although the product is deboned with great care, minor bone fragments may be present. Store at a maximum of -18 °C. The package contains two halves of duck and weighs between 600 and 650 grams. The product is suitable for Asian-inspired cooking, dinner meals, and festive menus. It is a convenient choice for consumers who want seasoned duck meat ready for quick preparation at home.
