Pork small intestine is a raw offal product from pigs, sold deep-frozen in a sealed bag with a net weight of 800 grams. The product is unprocessed and requires thorough heat treatment before consumption. Small intestine is used in many different cuisines worldwide, including Asian, European, and Latin American food traditions, where it is an ingredient in soups, stews, and various preparations.
