      This seasoning paste is a concentrated flavour base developed for preparing Chinese-style seafood dishes. The paste contains a combination of ginger, garlic, coriander root, soy sauce, and selected spices, which together create a complex and well-balanced flavour profile. The product is particularly well-suited for dishes with shrimp, mussels, squid, and other seafood, but according to the packaging, it can also be used for all types of shellfish in general. Preparation is simple: soak glass noodles, cut them into shorter pieces, and mix with the contents of the paste.
