    Bamboo Steamer - Twin Drago - Deluxe with Steel Rim - 25 cm - Two Tiers

    This bamboo steamer set, also known as a bamboo steamer, is designed for traditional Asian steam cooking. The set includes two stackable bamboo steaming baskets and a woven lid. The edges are reinforced with stainless steel for extra durability. The baskets are made of bamboo and Sugi Wood (Cryptomeria Japonica). The inner diameter is 24.5 cm and the outer diameter is 25.4 cm. The total height is 16 cm. The two separate steaming tiers make it possible to cook several ingredients simultaneously without them touching each other. The steamer is placed over a pot, pan, or wok with boiling water, ensuring the bottom of the basket does not touch the water. The bamboo material absorbs excess moisture and prevents the food from becoming soggy. The product is not dishwasher safe and must be hand washed.
