This set contains a pre-blended spice mix that makes it possible to prepare authentic Northern Thai sausages in your own kitchen without the need for hard-to-find ingredients. The set is intended to be mixed with minced pork, after which the mixture is filled into the included sausage casings. The sausages are traditionally cooked by grilling over low heat but can also be baked in an oven at 140 °C for approximately 20 minutes. The spices in the blend include galangal, shallots, garlic, and turmeric, which together provide a warm and earthy flavour base.
