    These hair serum capsules from A-Trainer contain vitamin E and jojoba oil. Vitamin E supports a healthy scalp by reducing oxidative stress and preserving the protective lipid layer. Jojoba oil is rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, copper, and zinc, which nourish the hair. Jojoba oil is also believed to counteract hair loss and promote hair thickness. The package contains 50 capsules for individual use. The capsules are broken open at the tip, and the oil is massaged directly into the scalp and hair roots. The product is recommended for use 3-4 times a week. The oil is left overnight and washed out the next morning with a mild shampoo.
